Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

 

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

Usually we do split large orders in to multiple parcels. You receive tracking information for both of them. Do not be worried if you only receive part of your order in one parcel. The rest is on its way!

 

How long will my order take to deliver?

Your order should take between 10 to 35 business days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched and you receive your tracking number. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 3 to 5 days of ordering. You can track your parcel all the way to your doorstep using our Order Tracking page. For some countries, shipping may take longer than usual.

 

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

No customer has ever emailed us to say that they had to pay a customs fee. We are quite confident that you will not have to pay any customs fees. However if a customs fee is required, it is not the seller's responsibility to pay it.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

 

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer one standard shipping option.

 

How secure is your site?

HYPE GOLD processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

 

Can I amend my order?

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order. You are responsible for ensuring your order details are correct before completion.

 

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 1 to 5 business days after we receive your order. The tracking number itself may take a few days to update.

 

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery. We have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page navigation bar. You can also use your tracking number with any reputable all-in-one third-party parcel tracking service.

 

When will I receive my parcel?

Once your order is trackable, it will take between 10 to 35 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Depending on different country’s custom restrictions, this may take longer due to local customs processing (we wish this wasn't the case!). 

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel for any fault of our own or our manufacturers. 

Alternatively, if an item isn't received in stated time (i.e. 45 days from purchase) please contact us also.

At this point, we don't offer refund for simple change of mind or having not read the sizes. Please read the sizing guides- a unique one is provided on each product.

That being said, for countless orders, we have not had one return or refund yet.

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.
